Monday: Definition of Personal Hygiene
Personal hygiene refers to the practices and habits that help maintain cleanliness and neatness of the body and surroundings.
Tuesday: Methods of Personal Hygiene
1. Wearing clean clothes and attire
2. Cutting and trimming fingernails
3. Brushing teeth at least twice daily
4. Sweeping and mopping to maintain a clean environment
5. Eating a balanced diet
6. Properly arranging belongings
Wednesday: Games (Indoor and Outdoor)
- Indoor games: Ludo, Scrabble, Chess, Draft, Monopoly
- Outdoor games: Football, Volleyball, Tennis
Thursday: Importance of Personal Hygiene
1. Enhances good relationships
2. Promotes good communication and association
3. Aids long life
4. Enhances healthy growth
5. Prevents sickness and diseases
Friday: Current Affairs and Evaluation
1. Current President of Nigeria: President Bola Hammed Tinubu
