Critical Thinking Questions and Answers
Primary Question:
There are two fathers and two sons in a car yet there are only three people in the car. How is this possible?
Answer to primary school critical thinking question:
The people in the car are the son, father and grandfather
Junior Secondary Question:
Name the biggest aquatic animal in the world. Then, state its weight in water.
Answer to junior secondary school critical thinking question:
A whale. It is weightless in water.
Senior Secondary Question:
If a live fish is placed in a freezer, it freezes up and die. Explain why and how fishes in a frozen lake do not die.
Answer to senior secondary school critical thinking question:
Ice is less dense than water which makes it float on water. In a frozen lake, the ice is on top while water is below the ice. Even though the top of the lake is frozen, fishes live in the water below the frozen top.
