The meaning of Confidence is the belief in relying on someone or something, or having faith in someone. Synonyms of Confidence include Trust and Reliable. To become a confident person:

1. Be proud of your small wins
2. Engage with others
3. Accept that it is okay to be wrong

On Wednesday, sports were discussed, while on Thursday, current affairs were discussed, including:

- Sapele, Nigeria, famous for plywood production
- Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world

On Friday, the importance of courage was discussed. The importance of courage includes happiness, self-confidence, discovery, and integrity.
